Differential exams are set for all candidates enrolling in a study program with a university degree in a field other than ethnology and cultural anthropology. Determination of differential exams is individualized and is carried out during the tender process. 

The decision on differential exams is delivered to candidates for doctoral studies upon completion of the tender process and does not delay enrollment in the study. Differential exams are taken during the first year of studies.
